Names of God

Have you ever wondered about the Names of God. The Names He has allowed us to know Him by, describe the ways in which He interacts with us, for the most part.

You know Him as Provider, Protector, Healer, and many more.

Last week, when I was in the hospital for diverticulitis, my visitors and I were discussing the Names of God. When they left, I was praying and the words of an old hymn came to my mind. "Glory to His Name, glory to His Name. There to my heart was the Blood applied. Glory to His Name." The thought hit me, 'the Blood was applied to more than just my heart, that makes Him Savior'. Then I thought, 'there to my.....colon was the Blood applied! Glory to His Name....Healer'! There to my Gall Bladder, Ed's lungs, was the Blood applied! Glory to His Name!! HEALER!

He is EVERYTHING you need. He is your Savior, your Provider, Protector, your Bread, Water, Heat, Cool...you can literally trust Him for everything.

By His stripes we ARE healed. His blood has been applied to every situation that can ever arise.
